📜Deal Creation

This guide is intended for project owners, deal managers, or authorized partners using the WorldFi platform.

Step 1: Connect Wallet

• Go to WorldFi App.

• Click “Connect Wallet” in the top right corner.

• Select your preferred method (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect, Email, Social).

• Ensure your wallet is on the correct supported network.

Please ensure your KYC verification is complete before proceeding.

Step 2: Access Issuer Portal

• Click "Create new deal" in the top left corner.

Step 3: Select Deal Type

Choose the type of investment deal you're creating:

• Token

  • Token-based investment opportunities

• Equity

  • Equity in private companies or startups

• Real Estate

  • Real estate investment opportunities

• Physical Asset

  • Tokenized physical assets like gold, gems, or collectibles

• Debt

  • Debt-based investment instruments

• SPV

  • Special Purpose Vehicle investments

• Other

Step 4: Provide essential information about your deal

Fill out the required fields:

• Deal Identity

  • Deal Title

  • Upload a logo

  • Add Description

  • Cover Image

• Deal Timeline

  • Testing the Waters (TTW) Phase

  • Sale Phase

Step 5: Token Configuration

You may use Existing Token or Create New Token. To select Existing Token Choose a token you've already created in the search bar.

To Create New Token, define and deploy a new token for this deal:

• Token Name

• Token Symbol

• Blockchain Network

• What does this token represent?

  • Ownership rights Token holders have ownership rights

  • Profit participation Token holders have profit participation

  • Voting rights Token holders have voting rights

  • Membership rights Token holders have membership rights

  • Convertible instrument Token holders have convertible instrument

  • Utility or service access Token holders have utility or service access

Step 6: Issuer Details

Please select the Legal Entity from the drop down menu.

Step 7: Regulatory & Accreditation

Set regulatory requirements and investor eligibility criteria.

• Regulation Crowdfunding

Step 8: Offering Documentation

To complete your registration and comply with regulatory standards, upload the required legal documents

Step 9: Sale Details

Provide all Sale Details tha include:

• Investment Parameters

• Funding Targets

• Token Sale Details

• Lockups & Vestinп

Step 10: Payment Methods

Select the payment methods you want to accept for this deal.

Step 11: Set Key Terms

• Minimum Investment

• Expected Return

• Investment Term

• Other

Step 12: Presentations & Media

Upload pitch deck, whitepaper, assessment, and other documents, as well as promotional media for your offering.

Step 13: Add Frequently Asked Questions

Add common questions and answers about your offering.

Step 14: Review & Submit

Review your deal information before submitting. When everything is ready, click Submit Deal for Review to send it to our team.
